macOS Mojave will add a "dark mode", and—at least in the preview releases—Safari's default user agent stylesheet will set the background-color to black (from the previous default white) if no page-level background color is set. 🌚 This might or might not be the final behavior. x.com/kkuldar/status/1006208146464002049
