Just ran it through WebPageTest (webpagetest.org/result/180718_SP_6cf22d9a94584625422667651e50736b/) and Lighthouse (builder-dot-lighthouse-ci.appspot.com/report.1531945534943.html). Seems .ae is really slow to reach from the US, as the TTFB is quite long. Solid offline support, too 👏.
