    @nhoizey @mathias @jeffposnick @addyosmani @rowan_m @iAlbMedina The reason it’s “unknown” is that you can navigate to anything via the browser’s URL bar: an image, a .js file, a .txt file, or maybe an HTML document. Technically, by the way, this is true for iframes as well of course. fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-request-destination
