Try opening Chrome in Guest Mode (support.google.com/chrome/answer/6130773?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop) and it should behave as normal. Then, try uninstalling (or disabling) extensions one by one until you find the culprit.On twitter.com
