@TarasNovak @treshugart It's always a compromise between maximizing cache hit rate and minimizing the risk of people having buggy code in their cache. If you are a library shared by many, you can't just force everyone to always keep their URLs they include up-to-date (the /v0.js in the URL is coarse).
