@patrick_h_lauke @derSchepp @goetsu @dotCSS prefers-reduced-motion is actually a great case for the idea we brought up in github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/4162. Having this information exposed as a header would even allow for old browsers to send the preference via an extension that could insert said header. (CC: @tabatkins)
