    @KevinKelchen Because WebViews can be any size, it’s perfectly valid to have a small “stripe” of Web content in an otherwise native app UI. It would be confusing if the API were exposed in such situations. Chrome Custom Tabs is full screen by force and has it. Related: research.google/pubs/pub46739/.
