@jen4web That’s correct, highly dynamic content is hard to link to. You could combine text fragment URLs with Memento (datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7089, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memento_Project), so you have the temporal aspect of the link encoded, too.
