    @RichFelker @steren @ebidel @ChromiumDev Think about video conferencing: these apps will always ask for notifications (so you are made aware of incoming calls) and camera and microphone (so you can, you know, videoconference). What if we minted a new semantic video conferencing permissions bundle?
