@HenrikJoreteg @reillyeon I made good experiences with Tesseract.js in the past: github.com/naptha/tesseract.js. For TextDetector, see github.com/WICG/shape-detection-api#overview for platform support. On some platforms like macOS (IIRC), it only delivers the bounding box of text, but not the actual text.
