@Mysticle_ Yes, there is: Save-Data (developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Save-Data, shipped in Chrome for a long time) and Sec-CH-Metered-Connection (tomayac.github.io/netinfo/#the-sec-ch-metered-connection-request-header-field, implemented, but not yet shipped and still work in progress).
