  1. Just updated to iOS 11.3 final, Build 15E216. Happy to report that Service Workers are supported in… ✅ Safari ✅ SFSafariViewController …but sadly aren’t in… ❌ WKWebView. They were still in Beta 5’s WKWebView, and when I finished research.google.com/pubs/pub46739.html. Nevertheless: 🎉!

        "Update: A previous version of this post stated the Service Worker API is available in all applications using WKWebView. At this time it is only available in Safari, applications that use SFSafariViewController, and web app[s] saved to your home screen."—webkit.org/blog/8090/workers-at-your-service/
