At UPC.edu, an accepted thesis proposal gives you 2 yrs. for submitting the final thesis. It’s about 1/2 of the work done now for #TomsPhD.

5:00am sharp. I just submitted the thesis proposal for #TomsPhD at UPC.edu. Didn’t sleep, leaving for Paris in 20min. Craving for coffee.
